((So I’ve recently graduated school for mortuary science, and got a job as an apprentice at a funeral home. It’s exhausting and stressful, I won’t lie, I’m also still so new, and still learning but… very excited. I have so many families who speak to me that, more often than not, apologize for not knowing what to do, and… I honestly feel school failed us as a society in NOT teaching us what to do in the event of a death (Or how to pay a mortgage, or what the hell a credit card is, and do you know how your insurance works cause I sure don’t! but I do know what the powerhouse of the cell is– ANYWAY)
I thought that perhaps the best way to go about it was to have a little mascot for my life, who takes your questions and answers them! Answers might be a little slow at times, @cuttleskulls is in charge of the art to go with the questions, and my job keeps me busy, but we wanted to do this for fun and we’ll try to be as quick as possible!
So, to tell you a bit of the mascot, I introduce you to Elliott Witherow. A recently graduated mortician-to-be who moved across country to live with a group of his friends. He’s in a long distance relationship with a fresh from the academy cop. Elliott enjoys tea, puzzles, and collecting roadkill.
