shoutout to the guy at the verizon store who acted as both a great employee to explain everything to me very simply in what i needed to do and a good brief therapist because he asked what was wrong and listened to me ramble 

it was very kind and he didnt have to and could have passed me off but he was incredibly helpful and an angel
